Responsibilities
• Control & Maintain productivity management system of target
• Annual manpower planning & productivity target setting of target company
• Annual/Monthly productivity evaluation of target company
• Set up standard working time of new model / model change & other request of target company
• Ensuring data qualify & reliability of target company
• Analyze problem, confirm and follow up countermeasure with plant in charge to achievement target
• Summary and visualize status, progress and report to upper level
• Improve work quality thru Kaizen mind & TPS / Problem solving concept
• Motivate & follow up target plant’s improvement thru Kaizen case- sharing
• Educate and level up plant PIC knowledge
• Summary & reporting main production daily production status of TBAS region
• Support department activity and perform other tasks as assigned by superior
• Skill improvement thru map and self-study
• Follow TB Guiding Principles, Utilize TB way in daily work and following company rule
Requirements
• Male, Age not over 27 years
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, Industrial Engineering would be advantage
• Experience at least 0 – 4 years
• Good English skill (TOEIC 500 score or higher). Japanese language N4 would be advantage
• Good computer skill as MS office, Especially Excel, Power BI, Power Ato Desktop, Basic Python would be advantage
• Good calculation, Analysis and Assessment skill
• Eager to learn/ fast learner, Positive thinking, Open mind
