On 27th November 2020, Toyota Boshoku Filtration System together with Toyota Boshoku Asia joined JMA GENBA Management Conference & Award held at Bitec Convention Hall, Bangkok.
The conference was held in order to organize a competition regarding factory improvement management and share technical improvement among industries in Thailand.
This time there were seven companies joining the competition and Mr. Pornsawan Srisawad from Toyota Boshoku Filtration System (TBFST) also challenge to give a presentation and ideas for workplace management through PDCA. With effort and perseverance, he successfully won the 1st prize in this competition.
